What is STEAMKITX™?
STEAMKITX™ is a family of educators who make STEM and Arts go hand in hand. Our signature STEM & Arts Kits provide 5 activities for students ages 5 - 18 and their families to engage with careers in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.

What ages are STEM & Arts Kits appropriate for?
Our STEM & Arts Kits can be used by a wide range of ages and interests. Our recommended ages are 5 -18 at all ability levels. Dependent on age and/or ability, we recommend the activities be completed under the supervision of a trusted adult.
How much time does each activity take to complete?
Since each student is unique, the time to complete an activity can vary, so plan for an hour from start to completion. Each activity also includes an extra activity your student can try, which will provide an additional hour of exploration.
How many projects are in each kit?
Each kit includes 5 activities that explore different careers in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.
How do I report a problem with my kit?
We are dedicated to ensuring that each STEM & Arts Kit is made in excellence. If you do encounter an issue with your kit, such as missing/damaged materials, please let us know by emailing email@example.com. Or please fill the "contact us" on our website. This will allow you to send a message to our team where we can access your order and send replacement materials for your kit.

How do I make payments using Paypal? How does it work?
Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to Steamkitx.com system for your order.

Yes! You DO NOT need an account, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Where does STEAMKITX™ ship?
Kits and masks ship anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Military (APO, FPO, DPO) addresses. Your order should ship out within 2 weeks.
How much does shipping cost?
Good news… all shipping is free within the United States when you choose our Regular Shipping (Standard) option (3-8 business days).
When will I receive my new order?
Digital Activities will be received through email. We ship out kits or masks within 2 weeks of receiving the order. Each kit is customized and packaged for you, so please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
I haven't received my order -- what do I do?
Digital Activities will be received through email, please check your spam folder. Due to Covid-19 related safety measures, packages may experience a delay between 5-14 business days for final delivery. If you haven't received a shipment, please check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see if there were any carrier issues or delays. If you're still not sure about the status of your delivery, please feel free to contact our team.
You should receive the shipping notification 1-3 business days after placing your order and the delivery estimation is 3-8 business days after that. Note, the United States Postal Service (USPS) is experiencing delays due to increased mail volume and some localized interruptions to delivery services. Additionally, due to increased mail volume USPS is reporting some shipments are not being scanned which will result in inaccurate tracking information. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as the USPS works to deliver your shipment. Please allow an extra 3-10 business days for your packages to arrive.
How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your kit or mask is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
